Booking The Workshop
Firstly – if you haven’t already done so – we recommend checking out the ‘About The Workshop‘ and ‘Machinery & Tools‘ pages to make sure that our workshop is likely to meet your needs.
If it does then next please check our Availability Calendar to see if the workshop is free for the time you wish to hire it.
If it’s your first time of hiring then please Contact Us first to discuss your requirements. We will then arrange to meet you before your intended hire date to show you round the workshop and machinery.
If you’ve already hired the workshop previously then you can send details of your requirements to us directly by Email, or via our Contact Form, after first checking availability just below.

Costs & Conditions Of Hire
The cost of hiring the workshop is £75 per day for the first person and £40pp for each additional person (VAT not chargeable).
There is also a two hundred pound (£200) returnable deposit required to secure your booking.
All payments to be paid in full and cleared in advance, although hire periods of more than 5 days can be paid weekly in advance.
The minimum hire period is one day.
The regular hours of use are 8am to 5pm – Monday to Friday. Availability outside these times is strictly by agreement.
You will be asked to read and sign a Hire Agreement & Risk Assessment Form about the workshop and confirm your knowledge and ability to use the machinery & equipment involved.
You will be asked to confirm you will operate within health and safety guide lines and will wear the relevant protective clothing / equipment i.e. goggles, ear defenders and work boots as required within the workshop.
We strongly recommend you have Public Liability and Personal Accident Insurance for your own protection – and Employers Liability Insurance if you have staff.

If it’s your first time of hiring our workshop then please Contact Us first so we can discuss your requirements and get more details.
If you’ve already hired the workshop previously then you can Contact Us by Email or through our Contact Form with your requirements. Please check the Availability Calendar below and make sure you provide the following information:
i) Name and contact details
ii) The dates you wish to hire the workshop
iii) How many people will be working in the workshop, and
iv) Whether you’d like to take out the Damage Liability Waiver
Hire charges are; £75 per day for the first person, £40 per person, per day for any additional persons and £5 per day if you’d like to take out the Damage Liability Waiver cover (recommended). There is also a security deposit of £200 per booking which will be refunded at the end of hire as long as the workshop and its equipment is returned in the same condition as at the beginning of hire.
